1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees depend on your destination and order size.

  • To calculate your exact shipping cost:

    1. Add your items to the cart

    2. Proceed to checkout

    3. Enter your mailing address
      The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed before payment.


2. Delivery Locations

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.


3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.

  • Transit Times:

    • Domestic (within the U.S.): 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–15 business days

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.


4. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses.
If you want items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.


5. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer.


6. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

  • International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • We do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees at checkout.

  • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Depending on your country, you may be charged local customs or VAT upon delivery. For details, please contact your local customs office.


7. Additional Notes

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, carrier issues).

  • We recommend tracking your package once it ships to stay updated on its delivery status.
